WARRANTY CONDITIONS

We guarantee that our products are free from material and manufacturing errors� The following is excluded from the warranty�
Damage caused by:
normal, use-induced wear
improper installation, connection, operation or treatment
acts of nature beyond human control or other external influences
improper maintenance and repair by third parties
technical alterations by third parties
In the event of a warranty claim, we will carry out repairs at our discretion or replace the product with an equivalent SCHEL-
LENBERG product. The warranty period is not extended on account of replacement or repair of the device! You must pres-
ent proof of purchase in order to invoke the warranty� When returning the device, please enclose a copy of the receipt and a
description of the deficiency encountered.
Your Schellenberg product comes with a 4 year /SmartDrive L) / 6 year (SmartDrive XL) warranty, starting from the date
of purchase. This manufacturer's warranty does not affect your statutory rights under current legislation, including special
safeguards for consumers� The warranty neither waives nor limits your statutory warranty rights�

EU DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY

The garage door drive ( 60923 / 60924) meets the applicable requirements of European and national regulations.
Conformity has been demonstrated� The full EU Declaration of Conformity document can be found at:
http://www.schellenberg.de (under 'Download-Center', in the 'Service' tab).
A current EU Declaration of Conformity is enclosed with this garage door drive�
Do not discard with household waste! The garage door drive is recyclable and can be returned to a recycling cen-
tre or household electrical waste collection point�
