3.1. Optional connections

The optimal installation surface for your Verdanium Home is in the cabinet below the kitchen sink.
Please make sure for proper operation of the filter that:
• the Verdanium Home is standing upright, stable and even on all feet.
• the Verdanium Home is not standing on soft floor surfaces.
• the Verdanium Home is placed, if possible, in a corner of the cabinet base as the cabinet is
strongest in this location.

3.2 Connections

3.2.1 Hydro-Stopper

To install the Hydro-Stopper, proceed as follows:
Insert an AA LR 6 alkaline battery into the Hydro-Stopper and mount it with the sealing strainer inserted
onto the angle valve of the cold water connection. Screw the connection adapter 3/4" to 3/8" tube onto
the Hydro-Stopper.
Place the sensors of the Hydro-Stopper at the lowest point of your built-in kitchen cabinet.
Warning!
Change the battery after each filter change or at least once a year.
