2.3 Disassembling of the appliance

NOTICE! Two assistants are required for the disassembling of the
appliance.
1.
WARNING! Unplug the appliance or disconnect it from the mains
(use the relevant fuse in your household fuse box).
2. Remove the grease filter(s). Remove the carbon filter(s) if installed.
3. Observe the following steps a-d.
a. Remove the screws on bracket 2.
b. Let the top chimney slide down
carefully.
c. Remove the screws on the bottom.
d. Remove the chimney carefully.
4. If an extension is installed on the chimney pot, please remove also.
5. Remove the exhaust hose and the valve flaps carefully.
6. If the appliance is installed on a
suspension device (A), you can
remove the hood now.
7. If the appliance is bolted to the wall, loosen the screws carefully to remove the
hood.
