* If the unit is switched off during regeneration, there will be a delay of the shutdown to avoid
a pneumatic impact.
5. The shutdown delay time is set optimally by the manufacturer. Not recommended to
change it for no apparent reason.
6. Set the required dew point range.
4.2 Switching on/off of equipment
If the equipment is delivered in winter, keep the equipment at room temperature for no fewer
than eight hours after unpacking and before turning it on. This is to ensure that the compo-
nents are warm and avoids condensate forming.
The dryer is started and stopped by pressing and holding the ON / OFF button. At the first
start-up of the unit after delivery, the adsorbent must be dried. For reaching the required dew
point, the following procedures must be followed:
• connect the dryer to the compressed air network
• close the outlet fitting
• set the regeneration time 30 sec less than the drying time
• turn on the dryer and wait at least 10 column change cycles.
The dryer is ready for use. If these procedures are not performed, reaching of the required
dew point may take a long time!

Ensure that the operating parameters correspond to the nominal
values given in table 2.1 (power frequency and voltage, pressure
and temperature of compressed air, ambient temperature etc.).
The first start-up should be performed only by a qualified specialist.
The user is solely responsible for properly and safely operating the
equipment.
The dryer must not be used when turned off. This will inevitably
diminish the desiccating properties of the adsorbent.
