1. Set the drying time based on the environmental conditions and the condition of the
entering compressed air. After the set time, the columns will change.
* Drying Time must be longer than or equal to the Regeneration Time 4 + Regeneration Delay 3.
Otherwise, the controller will display an incorrect value on a black background and the
«Operation indicator» light will flash.
** If during Drying Time the dew point value does not rise above the upper limit value, the
controller will extend the Drying Time. Regeneration of the columns also will not happen. In
this case, you can see on the screen:
A drying: 270S P1
B regen: finished
P.D.P.: -41 °C
Check the set value periodically and change it for optimal installation work.
2. The time for equalizing pressure in both vessels is set optimally by the manufacturer. It is
not recommended to change it for no apparent reason in order to avoid pneumatic impacts.
3. The regeneration delay time is set optimally by the manufacturer. Not recommended to
change it for no apparent reason.
4. Set the regeneration time based on the environmental conditions and the condition of
the entering compressed air. Check the set value periodically and change it for optimal
installation performance.
