Depending on the system version, one (Mono) or two (Duo)
backflow preventers:
Dismantle the access flap (3) and remove the non-return
flap (2)
Clean the non-return flap and the inside of the backflow
preventer.
Ensure that the non-return flap is free from damage. The
seal must be in a faultless condition.
Re-insert the non-return flap. Ensure that the support with
chamfer (4) is in the position as illustrated.
Re-install the access flap.
Ensure that the backwater device is in the CLOSED posi-
tion.
7.2.3 Cleaning the wastewater pump(s) housing
Unscrew all fixing screws
All pumps are equipped with two push-off options (holes)
on the mounting flange.
Lift out and clean the pump (1).
Ensure that the pump is free from damage.
Clean the inside of the pump (3).
Ensure that the pump's vent hole is clear.
Ensure that the pump seal (2) is in a faultless condition.
Before installing the pumps it is advisable to clean the
tank.
Re-install the pump.
Tightening torque of the screws: 7 Nm
7.2.4 Cleaning the wastewater tank and level sensor
Clean the tank.
Clean the immersion pipe and ensure that there are no foreign bodies in it. Clean any other level sensors fitted.
Re-install the service access cover and immersion pipe. Maximum tightening torque 3 Nm.
