Daily cleaning
Stubborn stains
Although food spills cannot burn into the glass plate, we
nevertheless recommend that you clean the hob immediately
after use. For daily cleaning it is best to use a mild cleaning
agent and a damp cloth.
Dry with kitchen paper or a dry tea towel.
Stubborn stains can also be removed with a mild clean ing
agent such as washing-up liquid. Remove water stains and
limescale with vinegar. Metal marks (caused by sliding pans)
are often difficult to remove.
Special cleaning products are available for this purpose.
Food spills are best removed with a glass scraper.
Also use a glass scraper for removing melted plastic and
sugar.
Not suitable
Never use abrasives. They leave scratches in which dirt and
lime can accumulate.
Never use anything sharp like steel wool or scourers.
Activate the childproof lock before you start cleaning the
hob.
