– Regular main tenance directly after use prev ents spilled fo od from
creating stubborn stains that are hard to clean. Use a mild cleaning
agent.
– Start by cleaning the control knobs, the burners and the pan supports
and finish with the glass plate. This prevents the glass plate from get-
ting dirty again during cleaning.
Stubborn stains are best re mo ve d with a non -abrasive cream or a soft
sponge. Never use scouring powder, scouring pads, sharp objects or ag-
gressive clea ning agents.
Clean the glass plate with a special cleaning agent for ceramic hobs. Water
stains or limescale are best removed with a non-abrasive limescale remover
like vinegar.
The removable burner parts (including the wok burner) are best cleaned
with a mild cleaning product and a soft cloth.
Soak stubbornly stained parts in hot suds. Never use scouring powder,
pads, sharp objects or aggressive cleaning agents.
A number of parts of the wok burner are made of brass. It is normal for
the brass to change colour because of the high temperatures that occur
when using the wok.
