ceptions DZQ 40/2 B and DZS 40/2 B motors
not speed controllable.
EZQ../EZS.. single-phase AC models
B/D units with capacitor, air flow direction
switchable. Reversing mode with approx. 35 %
lower air volume. B unit capacitor ready for
connection. D unit capacitor in separate termi-
nal box, pre-wired.
E-units with shaded-pole motor, one air flow
direction, no reversing mode.
DZQ../DZS.. three-phase AC models
B/D units with three-phase AC motor, air flow
direction switchable. Reversing mode with
approx. 35 % lower air volume.
DZQ../DZS.. pole-changing models for 2 speeds.
Speeds switchable with optional pole-changing
switch, e.g. with Maico P1.

5 Overload protection

EZQ../EZS.. with integrated motor protection
fuse. This switches the fan off in case of over-
