Assembly preparation

General:
Before the cooker hood leaves our factory, it undergoes a detailed functional test.
The ABIERTA wall cooker hood is delivered completely installed. For ceiling installation,
the safety instructions and the instructions on the following pages must be observed.
1. Carefully remove the cooker hood with 2 persons from the packaging and place it
on a soft surface. Make cables, sockets etc. available.
Carefully unhook the glass plate, release the cable twist , disconnect the ribbon

cable connector and place it on a soft surface.
Then prepare the mounting location on the wall.

4. For optimum air cleaning, the hood should be mounted centrally above the hob. To
do this, mark the centre of the hood on the wall using a plumb bob.

mum distances and horizontal position.
Mark position for flush-mounted socket outlet or terminal box. Should be installed in

the area of the opening ( arrow mains plug )...
Drill 2 x holes Ø10 x 70mm and 2 x holes Ø8 x 60mm - Insert dowels S10 and S8.

Insert recess in wall - install socket - for installation de-energised !
