Cable layout and electrical connection

Before working on the electrical system interrupt the power supply

(mains and battery) and verify the safe isolation from supply.
Make sure that the connection to the mains supply is made only by a

qualified electrician. Power connection and ground conductor test must
be performed in accordance with DIN VDE 0100-600.
Use a customer-accessible double-pole overload cut-out as the line-side
X
disconnecting device in accordance with the permissib-le current carry-
ing capacity of the cable.
For the terminals of components, the specifications in this description
X
must be observed. The design and calculation of the power network
rests with the competent installer and must be conducted in accordance
with legal regulations (e.g. in Germany according to MLAR).
Before releasing the system for operation, an insulation inspection of the
X
cable network of the system must be performed and logged.
Use only cables prescribed in the wiring diagram. Implement the cable
X
type, line length and cross-section in accordance with the technical
specifications.
Always use wire-end ferrules for wire cores.

Insulate unused wires.

Safety-conscious working and usage

Protect the workplace from unauthorised entry.

Take care to allow suficient space for the movement of long components
X
in the system.
Before working on the electrical system interrupt the power supply and

verify the safe isolation from supply. Note that the system will still be
supplied with power, despite the fact that the power supply is discon-
nected, if an uninterruptible power supply (UPS) is used.
During the setup actuate the drives only in inching mode.
