Fat and liquids will run into the fat drip tray

5) Check the food at regular intervals . When you
are satisfied, open the lid at the handle 3 and
remove the food from the griddle .
ATTENTION! DAMAGE TO PROPERTY!
► Do not use metal implements such as knives,
forks, etc . If the non-stick coating becomes
damaged, stop using the appliance .
6) When you have finished cooking food,
disconnect the plug from the mains power
socket . The red "Power" indicator lamp 1 goes
out . This is the only way to switch the appliance
off .

NEVER immerse the appliance in water or
other liquids!

► Always allow the appliance to cool down
before cleaning it . Otherwise there is a risk of

■ It is best to clean the appliance as soon as it
has cooled down . This makes food residues
easier to remove .

► Do not use metal implements such as knives,

become damaged, discontinue use of the

■ Empty the fat drip tray 4 . Then rinse in warm
water containing a mild detergent . Then rinse the
fat drip tray 4 with clean water and dry it off .
■ Wipe the griddle with a damp cloth after it has
cooled down . The griddle must be completely
dry before using it again .
NOTE
► If any stubborn residue sticks to the griddle,
use a little detergent . Then wipe the griddle
with a cloth moistened with clean water .
Ensure that no detergent residue remains on
the griddle .
► If you have used detergent to clean the
griddle, make sure that you rub it lightly with
oil afterwards!
■ Wipe the housing with a damp cloth . If
necessary, put a little mild detergent on the cloth
and wipe this off afterwards with clear water . Dry
everything properly .

Storage

■ Store the cleaned appliance in a clean, dust-free
and dry location .
