Ausbau der Spurstange
Schrauben Sie die unteren
Muttern (1, Bild 7701) ab
und ziehen die oberen Muttern
(3, Bild 7701) fest.
Treiben Sie die konischen Bolzen
(2) von unten nach oben aus
der Spurstange und dem Spur-
stangenköpfen (Bild 7702)
und entfernen die Spurstange.
Einbau der Spurstange
Stellen Sie die neue Spurstange
durch Drehen der Spurstan-
genköpfe nach den Maßen der
alten Spurstange ein.
Abstand D3 = D1 und
Abstand D4 = D2.
Fetten Sie die Spurstange,
setzten sie ein und befestigen
sie mit den Bolzen (2, Bild
7703).
Ziehen Sie erst die Mutter (1)
fest, anschließend die Mutter
(3, Bild 7703).
! ACHTUNG
Rechts-/Linksgewinde
Nut in der Mutter =
Linksgewinde !
Ziehen Sie die Kontermuttern
(4, Bild 7703) mit dem
vorgeschriebenen Drehmoment
fest (Bild 7704).
Ziehen Sie die Schrauben
(5, Bild 7703) mit dem
vorgeschiebenen Drehmoment
fest. (Bild 7703)

Removing the steering bar
Unsrew the nut (pos.1; M 20 x
1.5) and srew the nut (pos.2;
M 20 x 1.5).
Pull out the conical axles
(pos. 3) and pull out the direc-
tion bar complete.
Moving the steering bar
Adjust the new steering link by
turning the steering link heads
according to the dimensions of
the old steering link.
Distance D3 = D1 and
distance D4 = D2.
Grease the steering link, insert
it and fasten it with bolts (2,
Fig. 7703).
First tighten the nuts (1), then
the nuts (3, fig. 7703).
ATTENTION
Right-hand / left-hand thread
Groove in the nut = left-hand
thread!
Tighten the locknuts (4, Fig.
7703) with the torque speci-
fied (Fig. 7704).
Tighten the bolts (5, Fig.
7703) with the torque speci-
fied. (Fig. 7703)

Démontage des barre
Démontage des écrous
(rep.1; M 20 x 1.5) et serrer les
écrous (rep.2; M 20 x 1.5).
Extraire les axes coniques
(rep. 3) et extraire la barre.
Montage des barre
Réglez la nouvelle barre
d'accouplement en tournant les
têtes de cette barre suivant les
cotes de l'ancienne barre.
écartement D3 = D1 et
écartement D4 = D2.
Graissez la barre d'accouple-
ment, insérez-la et fixez-la
avec les boulons (2, fig.
7703).
Serrez d'abord l'écrou (1) puis
l'écrou (3, fig. 7703).
ATTENTION
Pas à droite/Pas à gauche
Rainure dans l'écrou = pas à
gauche !
Serrez les contre-écrous (4, fig.
03) en appliquant le couple de
serrage spécifié (fig. 7704).
Serrez les vis (5, fig. 03) en
appliquant le couple de serrage
spécifié (fig. 7703)
