Notes concerning EC directives

The product satisfies the requirements of EC directive 73/23/EEC concerning
EC directive
electrical equipment for use within defined voltage limits, as amended by directive
73/23/EEC
93/68/EEC of the Council.
We confirm conformity of the product SIMOREG K 6RA22
standards:
EN 60204-1 (DIN EN 60204 part 1 / VDE 0113 part 1)
E DIN VDE 0160 (26.4.1991)
In accordance with the EC directives, the EC Declaration of Conformity is kept
available for the responsible authorities by the manufacturer.
This declaration is not a warranty of attributes within the meaning of the Product Liability.
The notes given in the product documentation must be observed.
EC directive EC directive 89/392/EEC regulates the requirements concerning a machine. In this
context a machine is understood to be a totality of connected parts or devices (also
89/392/EEC
see EN 292-1, Paragraph 3.1).
The product is a part of the electrical equipment of a machine and must therefore be
included by the machine manufacturer in the conformity declaration procedure.
Standard EN 60204-1 applies to the electrical equipment of machines (Safety of
machines, general requirements concerning the electrical equipment of machines).
For the EC Declaration of Manufacturer in accordance with Art.4 par.2 of EC
directive 89/392/EEC refer to the appendix.
SIMOREG K is designed for applications in an industrial environment. It satisfies the
EC directive
requirements of the standars indicated below under the precondition that all of the

Noise immunity
The requirements concerning noise immunity are fulfilled under the precondition that
all notes concerning installation, connection and service given in the product
documentation are observed.
Noise radiation
If the drive is part of an overall system, initially it does not have to fulfill any
requirements regarding radiated noise. However, the EMC Law specifies that the
system as a whole must be electromagnetically compatible with its environment.
