Introduction

These operating instructions apply to SIMOREG K converters of the 6RA22
range in analog technology for single-phase connection and single-quadrant operation at rated
DC currents of 5 to 40A. The rated line-side voltage of the converters is 230/400V (jumper-
selectable). An uncontrolled bridge rectifier in B2 connection is installed for the field supply.
These built-in units for installation in closed electrical operating areas are designed to supply
the armature circuits of DC shunt-wound motors.
