cleaning system
1. Follow pressure relief procedure.
2. Remove guard and spray tip. See spray gun manual for
further information.
Note: The spray gun can differ from the gun illustrated
here depending on device equipment line.
Cleaning the drain hose
3. Remove the suction hose and the drain hose from the
material and wipe off excess material from the outside of
the suction hose.
4. Place the suction hose in a bucket with a suitable flus-
hing liquid. Place the drain hose in a waste bucket.
5. To flush the circulation hose and intake pipe, turn the
cieculation switch down to the PRIME position. Switch on
the device (set to ON). If flushing fluid escapes from the
circulation hose, continue with 6.
6. Point the gun into the material bucket. Disengage the
trigger lock. Pull the trigger. Increase the pressure to 1/2.
