6. Hold gun against earthed metal flushing pail. Trigger
the gun and turn up the pressure control by 1/2 turn. Flush
1 minute.
High-pressure spray is able to inject toxins into the body
and cause serious bodily injury. Do not stop leaks with
hand or rag.
7. Inspect for leaks. If leaks occur, perform Pressure
Relief Procedure. Tighten fittings. Perform steps 1 - 5 of
Startup. If no leaks occur, continue with step 8.
8. Place the intake pipe in the paint container.
9. Trigger gun again into flushing pail until paint appears.
Move gun to paint pail and trigger for 20 seconds.
10. Engage trigger lock. Assemble tip and guard, see
instructions on next page.
Switch Tip Installation
1. Perform Pressure Relief Procedure.
2. Use spray tip (A) to insert seal (B) into guard (C).
3. Insert Switch Tip.
4. Screw assembly onto gun. Tighten.
