Führen Sie die Montage und Installation
den gültigen Vorschriften entsprechend
durch. Dafür sind Sie als Betreiber ver-
antwortlich. Führen Sie sämtliche Instal-
lationen EMV-gerecht durch. Die Geräte
müssen vor Wärmestrahlung, schnellen
Temperaturschwankungen, starker Ver-
schmutzung, elektrostatischer Aufladung
und mechanischer Beschädigung ge-
schützt werden.
Eine feste Montage ist erforderlich – dabei
muss die vergossene Rückseite des
Schreib-Lese-Kopfes plan auf einer Mon-
tageplatte befestigt werden.
Der Schreib-Lese-Kopf besitzt eine
Kupplung mit 4 Stiftkontakten und einem
M12-Gewinde. Zusammen mit dem hand-
aufgeschraubten Stecker (O-Ring im
BL ident
®
-Steckverbinder) entsteht eine
IP67-Verbindung, die mit einem Sicher-
heitsclip (Typenbezeichnung
SC-M12/3GD, Ident-Nr. 6900390) gegen
einfaches Trennen (ohne Werkzeug) ge-
schützt wird.
Es dürfen keine Änderungen oder Erwei-
terungen an den Geräten vorgenommen
werden, wenn diese nicht explizit durch
den Hersteller erlaubt sind. Beachten Sie
die einschlägigen europäischen Bestim-
mungen (EN 60079-14).
Besondere Bedingungen
Der BL ident
®
-RFID-Schreib-Lese-Kopf ist
so zu installieren, dass er gegen mecha-
nische Energie > 4 J bzw. 2 J im Bereich
der Linse geschützt ist.
Der BL ident
®
-RFID-Schreib-Lese-Kopf ist
so zu installieren, dass er gegen ultravio-
lettes Licht geschützt ist.
Wartung und Störungsbeseitigung

Eine Wartung ist nicht erforderlich. Defekte
Köpfe sind auszutauschen, eine Reparatur
ist nicht möglich. Mechanisch beschädigte
Geräte dürfen nicht betrieben oder weiter-
verwendet werden. Aufgrund eventueller
statischer Aufladung das Gerät nur mit
einem feuchten Tuch reinigen.

Mounting and installation must be carried
out in accordance with the applicable
regulations. The operator is responsible
for compliance with the regulations.
All installations must be carried out ob-
serving the regulations of EMC protection.
The devices have to be protected against
rapid temperature fluctuation, heavy
contamination, electrostatic charge and
mechanical damage.
Fixed mounting is required. The encap-
sulated backside of the read/write head
should be mounted on a panel.
The read/write head features a 4-pin con-
nector with M12 thread. Together with a
screw connector (O-ring inside the
BL ident
®
connector) and the safety clip
(SC-M12/3GD, Ident. no. 6900390) the
combination features protection class
IP67 and thus prevents unintended
unplugging.
No modifications or expansions can be
made to the devices unless explicitely al-
lowed by the manufacturer.
The relevant european regulations must
be observed (EN 60079-14).
Special conditions
When mounting the BL ident
write head, the lense should be protected
against mechanical impacts of > 4 J resp.
2 J.
The BL ident
®
RFID read/write head
should also be protected against ultravio-
let light.
Maintenance and fault clearance

Do not plug or unplug the device

No maintenance required. Defective heads
should be replaced, repair is not possible.
Damaged devices must not be operated.
To avoid static charging, clean the device
with a damp cloth only.
Montage et Installation

Le montage et l'installation doivent être
effectués conformément aux prescriptions
locales valables, dont le respect est la
responsabilité de l'exploitant.
Toutes les installations doivent être effec-
tuées conformément à la CEM.
Les appareils doivent être protégés contre
le rayonnement thermique, les variations
de température brusques, la pollution
forte, la charge électrostatique et l'endom-
magement mécanique.
Un montage fixe est requis – le dos
moulé de la tête d'écriture-de lecture est
à monter de manière plate sur une plaque
de montage. La tête d'écriture-de lecture
est équipée d'un connecteur femelle à
un filetage M12 avec 4 contacts. Une
connexion IP67 est réalisée par le connec-
teur vissé à la main (joint torique dans le
connecteur BL ident
détachement accidental (sans outil) par la
broche de sécurité (type SC-M12/3GD, n°
d'identité 6900390). Des modifications ou
extensions ne peuvent pas être apportées
aux appareils, lorsque celles-ci ne sont
pas autorisées explicitement par le fabri-
cant. Veuillez respecter les prescriptions
européennes applicables (EN 60079-14).
Conditions particulières
La tête d'écriture-de lecture BL ident
RFID est à installer de manière qu'elle est

2 J dans la zone de la lentille.

protégée à la lumière ultraviolette.
Maintenance et relève de dérange-
ments

Une maintenance n'est pas requise. Les
têtes défectueuses sont à échanger car
une réparation est impossible. Des ap-
pareils endommagés mécaniquement ne
peuvent pas être activés ou être utilisés.
Nettoyez l'appareil uniquement par un
chiffon humide suite à la charge statique
possible.
