COMMISSIONING

Switch on the device
To turn on the unit, press the power switch on the back of the unit. The display will turn on
briefly and a beep will sound.
Setting the temperature
1 Press the temperature controller. The display turns on and the temperature value
flashes. The preset temperature is 800 °C.
2 Turn the temperature control clockwise to set the temperature to 850 °C. The
display will flash. Turn the temperature control knob counterclockwise to reset the
temperature to 800°C, without pressing the temperature control knob.
3 When you have set the desired temperature, press the thermostat again. The heating
elements begin to heat up and the fan starts. You can now start grilling.
4 If you want to end or stop grilling, press the temperature control button again to
stop the appliance.
Note: If you have finished grilling or have not used the appliance for a long time,
switch it off. Wait until the fan stops running, then unplug the appliance.
Setting the time
• Press the time control knob to start the stopwatch. The time is counted up every
second.
• Press the time control again to stop the stopwatch.
• Press and hold the time control for at least 3 seconds to reset the stopwatch to [0].
• If the stopwatch has run for 1 hour without the appliance being operated manually,
the grill will automatically stop.
Note: If you have finished grilling or have not used the appliance for a long time,
switch it off. Wait until the fan stops running and then unplug the appliance.
