table "Weights" shown above.
Study the routes and dig any necessary holes and channels for the
water and electric connections for the spa and the Spa-Pak, with the
compensation tank and the ground drainage points, taking into
account that:

which does require a blower (

electrical box on the spa-pak by means of a multi-polar normal-

- the spotlight box of the spa (located under the tub) must be con-
nected to the electrical box on the spa-pak by means of a nor-
malized bi-polar cable 2x1.5 mm
- A cable track must also be provided for electrical connections from the
compensation tank to the electric wiring box on the Spa-Pak (8 stan-
dard leads, with a minimum section of 1.5 mm

Spa-pak
The Spa-Pak can be installed near the tub and, in any case, at a dis-
tance NOT EXCEEDING 6 METRES,
because the shorter the hoses are, the smaller the loss of load will
be. We recommend that you avoid bends, as far as possible, (we sug-
gest you use flexible PVC hoses).
If the Spa-Pak has a heat exchanger for water heating, you will need
to connect the main circuit with the system that will provide hot water,
as well as the connection from the electric wiring box to the devices
(solenoid valve, electro-pump), which control hot water re-circulation
for the main circuit of the heat exchanger.
Water connections for the Spa-Pak must also include the connection
between the filter and a ground drainage point.
Spa-Pak must always be installed in a ventilated indoor
area, which is not accessible to persons without a key or
tools and it must be protected from water and bad weather
(see note "Spa-Pak and the compensation tank" in the previous
chapter).
For perfect operation of the system, the Spa-Pak must be installed at
the same level as the compensation tank (
minimal difference.

The compensation tank
When possible, it must be installed near the Minipool for optimum
efficiency (excess water will fall into the compensation tank). For
this, it is compulsory for the compensation tank to be installed on a
surface that is at least 50 cm lower than the Minipool one,
up to a maximum of 2 m (
If the compensation tank is installed outdoors, a suitable
system must be provided to protect it from sunrays and
ultra-violet rays, to avoid damaging the container.
Electrical safety
The spas of the Experience range are safe products, manufactured in
compliance with standards CEI EN 60335.2.60, EN 61000, EN 55014
and tested during production to ensure their safety.
I
Installation must be carried out by qualified and authorized personnel,
in compliance with the national provisions in force.
It is the responsibility of the installer to choose the mate-
rials in relation to their use, to carry the work out cor-
rectly, to check the condition of the system to which the
appliance is to be connected and its suitability and to
guarantee safety when in use, regarding maintenance
operations and inspection of the system.
I
The spas of the Experience range are class "I" appliances and there-
fore they must be permanently connected, without any intermediate
connections, to the electrical system and to the protection system
(earth system).
The electric system of the building must be provided with
a 0.03A differential switch and an efficient protection cir-
cuit (earth). Check that the differential switch is working
correctly by pressing the test button (TEST), which must
click.
I
For electrical connections, the installation of a multiple-pole section
i
switch is compulsory (
plies with safety regulations and, in any case, which cannot be reached
by those using the spa.
Compliance with this regulation is obligatory: any other procedure is
prohibited.
I
The above-mentioned multiple-pole switches must guarantee a con-
tact opening of at least 3 mm and must be suitable for the voltage and
current specified in the "Technical Features" chapter.
I
The installation of electrical devices and equipment (sockets, switch-
es, etc.) near the spa must be in compliance with legal standards and
regulations in the country where the spa is installed.
I
For the purpose of equipotential connection in compliance with spe-
cific national regulations, the installer must use the provided terminal
(CEI EN 60335.2.60 standards) on the electric wiring box (
marked by the symbol
In particular, equipotential connection must be carried out for all metal
parts surrounding the mini-pool, for example, the water and gas pipes
and any surrounding metal under-frames etc.
