N.B. if the valve attached to the low-point drain is not easily accessi-
ble, we recommend that you install one near the drainage point.
I
In particularly cold areas, to avoid the risk of any remaining water
freezing (water that may remain in hosing after emptying the system)
it is advisable to install valves for the complete drainage of hosing (
2, detail 31).
I
To fill the spa, you can use a garden hose, or provide connections to the
plumbing system of the home as shown in
IMPORTANT: the 3/4" solenoid valve on the compensa-
tion tank (for automatic filling of water level) must
always be connected to the water system that supplies
the system.
Any connections to the drinking water system (other than
the recommended ones) must be carried out according
to EN1717 regulations, using "AA", "AB" or "AD" anti-pol-
lution protection procedures. For further information, we
recommend you contact your water supply company
and/or your plumber.
I
If included, connection of the blower (
be made by creating a siphon (
ble to the spa itself. This will prevent situations where the water might
reach the blower and compromise its operation.
If the spa has been ordered without a heater (or heat exchanger) it is advis-
able to prepare alternative systems for heating water.

Electrical connections

I
For preparations/measuring the electric system that will supply the
spa, please note that powers in kW indicated in the "Maximum
Absorption of the System" table are to be considered as maximum
absorbed powers during operation.
I
The installer must use cables of adequate section protected with Ø
32 mm sheath in the terminal section and/or with hoses or ducts in the
section connecting to the master switch, with minimum characteristics
corresponding to type H 05 VV-F.
NOTE: The lead sections must take account not only the sys-
tems absorption but also the cable path and the distances, the
chosen protection systems and the specific regulations for
fixed electrical systems in force in the country where the spa
is installed.
Terminals inside the electric wiring box are suitable for con-
necting leads to the following maximum sections:
- version 380-415 V 3N~ 50 Hz: up to 10 mm
- version 220-240 V 3~ 50 Hz: up to 16 mm
I
Remember that it is compulsory to install a multiple-pole section
switch with characteristics that are no less than the ones given in the
"Electrical Safety" chapter and
absorption of the system.
I
The installer must comply with the above regulations, and also use

watertight connectors at connection points. He must also guar-
antee compliance with the specific current standards for sys-
tems in the country in which the spa is installed.
Compliance with this regulation is obligatory: any other procedure is
prohibited.

Spa-Pak and compensation tank
The Spa-Pak must be installed in a ventilated indoor area, which is
only accessible to those with a key or tools, and it must be protected
from water and bad weather.
N.B. Since certain settings and general maintenance operations
require access to devices present on the Spa-Pak (heating temper-
ature setting, filter backwash, emptying the system, etc.), it is advis-
able to ensure easy access to the systems control.
The compensation tank (to be installed as close as possible to the
Minipool and the lowered platform,
electrical devices on it are not accessible to the user without a key or
tools.
Ways of limiting access (for both the Spa-Pak and the compensation
tank) to unauthorized persons must take into account electrical pro-
tection (direct and indirect contact) and the characteristics of the
materials used; in particular, any filler panels or structural parts, if
made of conductive material, must guarantee connection to the pro-
tection circuit (earth) and any supplementary equipotential connection,
if required by the type of installation.
When plastic materials, wood, etc. are used, make sure that they are
approved for use with electrical installations, and approved for self-
extinguishing properties.

Preparations for installation

Prolonged sun exposure could damage the material of whi-
ch is made the spa shell, due to its capacity to absorb heat
(dark colours in particular). Don't leave the spa to sun ex-
posure without adequate protection when not in use (cover
thermal, gazebo, etc.).
Any damage arising by not following these warnings are
not covered by the guarantee.
I
Minipool
The spas of the "Experience" range can also be installed with the
tub edge flush with the floor. Refer to the drilling template shown
i
in
4.
In any case, keep in mind that the spa-pak and the compensation
tank must be placed at a lower level (
N.B. Since the sizes may vary slightly, always check the measure-
ments before installing the minipool.
Make sure that the hosing under the tub is accessible, for example,
by preparing a passage (
that is sufficiently wide (about 80 cm) to make operations easy. This
passage can be closed using removable under-frames (detail 3),
with suitable supports (detail 4). Drainage for any water stagnation
must also be provided (detail 5).
If it is to be floor-installed, it will be necessary to fill in the outer perimeter
