In the following, the 757B35=* MyoEnergy Integral is referred to simply as the product.
These instructions for use provide you with important information on the use, adaptation and
handling of the product.
Instruct the patient in the proper use and care of the product. The product may not be transferred
to the patient without prior instruction.
Only put the product into use in accordance with the information contained in the accompanying
documents supplied.

2 Product description

2.1 Construction and Function
The product serves to provide power to the prosthesis system.
The product consists of several components. These components are inseparable and ready for
mounting.
2.1.1 Components
The product consists of the following components:
Charging receptacle
The charging receptacle (see fig. 1, item 1) has the following functions:
• Contact for charging the battery
• LED to indicate the current battery charge level
• LED for providing feedback on operating states
• Button to switch the prosthesis system on and off
• Beeper for providing feedback on operating states
Rechargeable battery
The rechargeable battery (see fig. 1, item 2) consists of 2 cells with integrated electronics. This
protects the battery against short circuits, overvoltage, undervoltage and charging outside the
allowable temperature range.
Communication cable
The communication cable (see fig. 1, item 3) is used to exchange data and connects the respect­
ive prosthesis component to the battery.
