Should it be necessary to prepare the output for isolated arc voltage, adjust the dipswitches SW3
and SW2 as shown in the following tables:

3.3 Connecting the gas console PGC1-PGC2

Fasten the gas console above the power source or above the pantograph, and connect the earth
clips to an efficient grounding system.
The two units PGC-1 and PGC-2 are connected together by:
- the connection between CN6 and CN7
- the tube between "plasma cutflow" output of PGC-1 and "plasma" input of PGC-2 (see fig. 3.7)
Connect the tube bundle art. 1174, tightly fastening tubes to the corresponding gas outlets, being
careful to match the markings (plasma preflow and secondary preflow/cutflow for PGC-1;
plasma cutflow for PGC-2); screw the electrical connector onto output CN05.
Connect the other end of art.1174 to the PVC-1 valve console (art.475) for the tube "plasma" and
PVC-2 for the tubes "secondary", being careful to match the markings. Fasten the PVC-2 valve
console onto the head of the pantograph, near of the torch, and the PVC-1 onto handle of the
torch.
Finally,connect the connection art.1189, screwing the electrical connector onto the output CN04.
The threading of the gas inlets is 1/4G for PGC1 and 1/8G for PGC2, respectively.
