The second setting to prepare, in sequence, is the following adjustment:

When the SET key is pressed, the gas flow is active for each channel for 10 s: after that time it
must be pressed again if you wish to continue the adjustment.
Press the SET button after the final adjustment to exit; press the button again to return to the first
adjustment, and so on.
The arrow LEDs below the display of the corresponding channel indicate the adjustment
direction of the knob: if the left one is lit, increase the flow (clockwise); vice-versa for the right
one (counter-clockwise). When the proper flow is reached based on the selection made in Tab.
4.1, both will light.
At that point, after the above settings, you must press the RUN button: all displays for the
PLASMA and SECONDARY channels will light, and the power source is ready for cutting. If
H35 or F5 gas has been selected, the LED of the gas console PGC2 will light.
NOTE: upon system start-up, the last working setting remains in memory (i.e. MAT-GAS-mm-
A). If the type of gas is changed in the subsequent adjustment, then the system is automatically
purged: the hoses are first emptied, then cleaned with an active flow for approximately 10 s.
After the start signal from the pantograph, the following sequence is automatically activated:
Preflow of 0.5 s with the gas selected
High voltage / High frequency pulse
pilot arc lights
plasma arc transfer (the "arc transfer" signal is sent to the CNC)
movement starts on the X-Y surface of the CNC after the "pierce delay time"
At the stop signal from the pantograph, the following sequence is automatically activated:
shutdown of the plasma arc
movement ends on the X-Y surface of the CNC
postflow with the gas selected
