SOFTENING/DESALINATION BOTTLE (LARGE)
Installation
/ Close upstream shut-off valve and downstream ball valve!
/ Remove the cap from the new resin bottle.
/ Insert the nozzle tube of the resin bottle into the connection fitting as far as it will go.
/ Screw the connection fitting into the resin bottle.
/ Screw the adapter of the connection kit (with the connected pressure hoses) into the heating circuit
filling station from below.
/ Ensure proper fit of the two greased O-rings!
/ Connect the free ends of the two pressure hoses with the connection fitting to the resin bottle (plug
connection).
/ Observe the IN/OUT coding!
/ Secure the plug connection with clips.
5.4.3
BLEEDING
/ Remove the two insulation shells.
Make sure that no water drips onto the electronic components when bleeding the
unit. Turn the bleeding hose if necessary (see fig. 3)!
/ Completely open upstream shut-off valve.
/ Open the sampling valve of the heating circuit filling station using a flat-head screwdriver or bleeding
tool.
/ The unit is bled as soon as water starts running out of the bleeding hose.
/ Close the sampling valve of the heating circuit filling station again.
/ Put the insulation shells back in place.
