- Seite 2 Deckel (a) der Enthärtungs- bzw. Vollentsalzungs- flasche abschrauben. Der Deckel der neuen Harzflasche kann zum Ver- schließen der erschöpften Harzflasche verwendet werden. Verbrauchtes Harz kann über den Haus- müll entsorgt und durch entsprechendes Austau- scherharz ersetzt werden. Das Mittelrohr des Anschlusskopfs für Harzfla- schen (b) bis zum Anschlag auf das Düsenrohr (c) der Enthärtungs- bzw.
- Seite 3 Die der Füllstation vor- und nachgeschalteten Ab- sperrventile schließen. Den großen O-Ring in die Nut (d) der Füllstation einsetzen. Den kleinen O-Ring auf den Stutzen des An- schlussadapters (e) schieben. O-Ringe auf korrekten Sitz prüfen! Den Anschlussadapter mit Panzerschläuchen (g) an das Außengewinde (f) der Füllstation anschrau- ben.
- Seite 4 Die Steckverbinder der Panzerschläuche in den Anschlusskopf der Enthärtungs- bzw. Vollentsal- zungsflasche stecken. Dabei auf die Fließrichtung achten, die • auf dem Anschlusskopf durch Pfeile • auf den Steckverbindern durch IN bzw. OUT markiert ist! Die Steckverbinder sind codiert, daher ist nur der korrekte Anschluss möglich und ein vertauschtes Anschließen der Steckverbinder ausgeschlossen.
- Seite 5 Die Kugelhähne der Panzerschläuche unterhalb des Anschlussadapters öffnen. Beide Isolierschalen (i) der Füllstation abnehmen. Vorgeschaltetes Absperrventil öffnen. Probenahmeventil (j) der Füllstation mit einem Schlitzschraubendreher oder Entlüftungsschlüs- sel öffnen. Wenn Wasser aus dem Entlüftungs- schlauch tritt, ist die Einheit entlüftet. Probenahmeventil (j) der Füllstation wieder schließen.

Consumed resin can be disposed of with household waste and can be ex- changed by appropriate replacement resin. Insert the central tube of the connection head for resin bottles (b) onto the nozzle tube (c) of the sof- tening or desalination bottle (1).
- Seite 7 Close the upstream and downstream shut-off valves of the heating circuit filling station. Place the large O-Ring into the groove (d) of the heating circuit filling station. Slide the small O-ring onto the connecting sleeve of the connection adapter (e). Ensure proper fit of O-rings! Screw the connection adapter with the braided hoses (g) to the external thread (f) of the heating...
- Seite 8 Plug the hose connectors of the braided hoses in- to the connection head of the desalination or sof- tening bottle. Pay attention to the direction of flow marked • with arrows on the connection head • with IN/OUT on the hose connectors! The hose connectors are coded, thus preventing incorrect connection.
- Seite 9 Open the ball valves of the braided hoses below the connection adapter. Remove both insulation shells (i) of the heating cir- cuit filling station. Open upstream shut-off valve. Open the sampling valve (j) of the heating circuit filling station using a slot-head screwdriver or venting key.

- Seite 11 Zamknąć zawory odcinające znajdujące się przed i za stacją do napełniania. Włożyć duży o-ring do rowka (d) stacji do napeł- niania. Wsunąć mały o-ring na króciec adaptera przyłą- czeniowego (e). Sprawdzić o-ringi pod kątem prawidłowego osa- dzenia! Przykręcić adapter przyłączeniowy z wężami pan- cernymi (g) do gwintu zewnętrznego (f) stacji do napełniania.
- Seite 12 Podłączyć złącza wtykowe węży pancernych do głowicy przyłączeniowej butli do zmiękczania czyli odsalania. Zwrócić uwagę na kierunek prze- pływu, podany • na głowicy przyłączeniowej (strzałki) • na złączach wtykowych (IN lub OUT)! Złącza wtykowe są kodowane – z uwagi na to możliwe jest tylko prawidłowe podłączenie.
