SMONTAGGIO CARTUCCIA TERMOSTATICA
Chiudere le valvole di non ritorno (11) avvitando in senso orario fino in battuta. Sfilare la ghiera di limitazione della
temperatura (9). Svitare a mano la ghiera (8). Sfilare l'anello (7). Sfilare la cartuccia termostatica (5). Pulire o sostituire la
cartuccia. In caso di sostituzione svitare la vite (4) con chiave a brugola da 2,5 mm, sfilare la prolunga (10), svitare il
grano(6) con chiave a brugola da 3 mm e montare il tutto sulla cartuccia nuova (non per 21224-CR). Reinserire la cartuccia
nell'apposita sede. Inserire l'anello (7). Riavvitare a mano la ghiera (8). Inserire la ghiera di limitazione della temperatura (9)
con l'indicatore (I) rivolto verso l'alto. Svitare le valvole di non ritorno (11) fino alla posizione iniziale.
REMOVAL OF THE THERMOSTATIC CARTRIDGE
Close the non-return valves (11) by screwing them clockwise all the way down. Remove the adjusting temperature ring (9).
Unscrew by hand the ring (8). Remove the ring (7). Remove the thermostatic cartridge (5). Clean or replace the cartridge. In
case of replacement, unscrew the screw (4) with a 2.5 mm Allen wrench, remove the extension (10), unscrew the nut (6)
with a 3 mm Allen wrench and assemble it on the new cartridge (not for 21224-CR). Reinsert the cartridge in the correct
place. Reinsert the ring (7). Screw by hand the rosette (8). Reinsert the adjusting temperature ring (9) with the indicator (l)
facing up. Unscrew the non-return valves (11) up to the initial position.
DEMONTAGE DE LA CARTOUCHE THERMOSTATIQUE
Fermer les clapets anti-retour (11) en les vissant dans le sens horaire jusqu'en bas. Dévisser la bague de limitation de
température (9). Dévisser manuellement la bague (8). Défiler l'anneau (7). Défiler la cartouche thermostatique (5). Nettoyer
ou remplacer la cartouche. En cas de replacement dévisser la vis (4) avec une clé de 2,5 mm, défiler la rallonge (10),
dévisser le grain (6) et les monter sur la nouvelle cartouche (pas pour 21224-CR). Réinsérer la cartouche à sa place.
Réinsérer l'anneau (7). Revisser manuellement la bague (8). Réinsérer la bague de limitation de température (9) avec
l'indicateur (l) tourné vers le haut. Dévisser les clapets anti-retour (11) jusqu'à leur position initiale.
AUSBAU THERMOSTATISCHE KARTUSCHE
Schließen Sie die Rückschlagventile (11), indem Sie sie ganz nach unten im Uhrzeigersinn. Entfernen Sie die
Stelltemperatur Ring (9). Schrauben Sie von Hand den Ring (8). (7) Entfernen Sie den Ring. Entfernen Sie den
Thermostatkartusche (5). Reinigen oder ersetzen Sie die Patrone. Im Falle der Ersatz, schrauben Sie die Schraube (4) mit
einem 2,5-mm-Inbusschlüssel, entfernen Sie die Verlängerung (10), die Mutter (6) lösen Sie mit einem 3 mm
Innensechskantschlüssel und montieren es auf der neuen Patrone (nicht für 21224-CR). Setzen Sie die Patrone an der
richtigen Stelle. Setzen Sie den Ring (7). Schrauben Sie von Hand die Rosette (8). Setzen Sie die Einstellung der
Temperatur Ring (9) mit dem Kennzeichen (l) nach oben zeigt. Lösen Sie die Rückschlagventile (11) bis in die
Ausgangsposition.
