► Especially during roasting with very little fat, the temperature at the pot bottom rises very
rapidly and the limit of 150-170 °C is reached quickly, so you should switch to the
temperature mode when roasting. Here, the maximum temperature is 200°C.
► If the pot is removed the device will stop heating immediately. For 30 seconds a buzzer
sounds, after this the device will go into standby mode automatically.

Keep Warm Function:

Press keep warm button (2). In this setting the device keeps warm the food gently up to
round about 60 °C. The display shows "----".
Please note
► In this setting you cannot change functions power and temperature.

Booster

Press button booster (3). The booster directly uses the highes power mode. The display
shows "----". The booster automatically switches back to your choosen function after 30
seconds.
15.4.7

Timer

Select the desired power level or temperature.
Press button timer (7) until "0:00" is shown in the display.
With the + / - keys, you can now select the operating time in 1-minute intervals (up to max.
3 hours).
The choosen time lights up in the display and the timer counts down.
The choosen function and timer are alternately shown in the display.
Once the time is up, an acoustic signal sounds and the device automatically turns off.
Please note
► During timer operation, you can change the duration at any time with the + / - keys. With
the memory function of the device, the function stage remain unchanged here.
► When you change between power and temperature mode you have to reset the timer.
► During the cooking process the power level and timer can be readjusted as you wish.

Lock function (children lock key)

Activation of Lock function:
Press the buttons + and – until the signal lamp over the key symbol turns on. All keys will be
blocked except Master On/Standby (1), to avoid mal-operation. After locking, induction
hotplate continue to heat in the preset power stage. Also the timer continues counting.
De-activation of Lock function:
Press the buttons + and – until the signal lamp over the key symbol turns off.
