15.4 Error monitoring

Detected errors are displayed on the SCB as shown in Figure 23.
Table 3 lists all error numbers with corresponding possible solutions.

Solution / Acknowledgement
Check wiring
Check the function of the connected sensor
Acknowledgement by opening and closing the safety circuit within
the difference time (3 s)
Choose configuration with manual reset, but wired as autom.reset
Check wiring
Check the function of the start button
Acknowledgement by switching off and again switching on the
reset button
Acknowledgement by pressing the button for 2 seconds
Acknowledgement by pressing the button for 2 seconds
Wait for the original fault number
Check wiring for cross circuits and short circuits
Check assignment: I21 → I11; I22 → I12
Acknowledgement by pressing the button
Check wiring for cross circuits and short circuits
Check capacity an the output (see tech. data)
If applicable, internal device error. Contact the Support of the
manufacturer
Check the safety outputs for cross circuits and short circuits and
restart the device.
If the problem continues:
Reset the device to factory defaults
