KEY FUNCTIONS
1.+ -key (Up): Increase or select option
2. – -key (Down): Decrease or select option.
3. Start/Stop -key : Starts or Stops the selected exercise program
4. L –key (RESET): Press this key to set value to zero. If press key for 2
seconds get back to select program; If press at program selection get
back to select User.
5. E- key (Enter): Press this button to confirm the selection mode or setting
value.
6. Test -key (Recovery): Fitness test by measuring your recovery rate.
OPERATION
Exercise without Enter data:
1) Plug in the AC adapter and push Start/Stop –key. You can start with
workout and adjust the resistance with +/- keys. All actually, data display
show.
Exercise with enter data:
1) After you plug in AC adapter display will show User. You can select user
U0-U4 with +/- -keys and confirm with E -key.
2) Program selection will flash and you can select the Program with +/-
-keys.
Then press E -key for confirmation. Any of the flashing values at selected
program you can change by pushing +/- -keys and confirm with E –key.
3) When the program and other values entered, press Start/Stop -key and
begin your workout.
General: If the computer does not get any action of pedal cycling, it will
switch off after 4 min. You can make a break less than 4 min. to continue
the work out.
FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
1. MANUAL -program:
After select this program you can enter parameters of TIME / DISTANCE /
CALORIES / PULSE with +/- -keys. Every value has to confirm with E-key.
Then press Start/Stop -key to start manual program. Set the resistance
level with +/- keys during exercising.
2. PROGRAMS:
Select this program to get 12 different automatic adjusting programs with
control exercise (P1~P12), you can enter parameters of TIME / DISTANCE/
CALORIES / PULSE with +/- -keys. Every value has to confirm with E-key.
Then press Start/Stop to selected program. Set the resistance level with
+/- keys during exercising.
Body fat program:
After program P12 you can get to body fat analysis program. Here you can
enter data of AGE / Gender (M= man / F = woman) / Height / Weight with
+/- -key and confirm with E –key. Then press Start/Stop –key for start Body
fat analysis and hold both hands on hand pulse sensors. After approx. 8
sec. - - - the measurement finish and will show body fat (%) and BMI.
Attention: The Age entered in this body fat program will use for H.R.C.
programs too.
3. WATT –program:
Select this program to exercise independent with entering a Watt value.
In this program you can enter parameters of TIME / WATT / DISTANCE /
CALORIES / PULSE with +/- -keys. Every value has to confirm with E-key.
You can adjust the Watt value from 30-260 Watt in steps of 10 Watt.
The entered WATTS will maintained automatically regardless of speed.
Press Start/Stop –key to start watt program.
4. H.R.C –programs: (Heart-Rate-Control)
Select your own target Heart Rate of choose one of the preset programs
65%, 75% or 90%. Please enter your age into the body fat program to
ensure that your target heart rate is set correctly. You can enter parame-
ters of TIME / DISTANCE / CALORIES with +/- -keys. Every value has to
confirm with E-key.
Press Start/Stop to start H.R.C. program. In this programs it is necessary,
that you put your hands at hand pulse sensors or wear a suitable pulse
belt.
The PULSE display will flash when you have reached your target heart rate
according to the program you have chosen and won't increase the resi-
stance anymore. For target heart rate program, you can enter additionally
parameter of PULSE.

5. USER-program U0-U4:
Create your own Program profile through U0~U4 by setting the resistance
level for each of the individual 20 segments. Then the Program will be au-
tomatically saved for future use. U0 can be set the same as U1~U4 but this
Program cannot be saved. In this program, you can enter parameters of
TIME / DISTANCE / CALORIES / PULSE with +/- -keys. Every value has to
confirm with E-key.
TEST : (RECOVERY)
When you have finished your workout with pulse measurement, press Test
-key.
For RECOVERY to function correctly, it needs your Heart Rate input so
keep your both hands at pulse sensors. TIME will count down from 1 minu-
te and then your fitness level from F1 to F6 will be displayed. NOTE: during
RECOVERY, no other displays will operate.

Pulse Rate:
The whole set of heart rate detector include 2 sensors each side. Each
sensor has 2 pieces of metal parts. The correct way to be detected is to
gently hold both metal parts each hand. With the good signals picked up
by the computer, the heart symbol in the HEART RATE Display shall flash.
Sometimes the heart rate value is not useable, based on wet hands or
any other contact problems during exercising. If you need high accuracy
heart rate value you have to use an external heart rate measurement with
a pulse belt.
Cardio Pulse Rate:
A pulse belt receiver is already included the computer. Belts that are un-
coded and work with frequency of 5.0-5,5kHz can communicate with the
pulse measurement of computer. The distance of belt concerning com-
puter shouldnot overtake 1-1.5m. Note, if you use both systems the hand
pulse measurement has priority.
Note:
1. Option: Plug in AC Adaptor (9 Volt=DC/1000mA).
2. Keep moisture away from computer.
