All operating and maintenance instructions and recommendations described in this manual
shall be followed. For best results, the Manufacturer recommends that you regularly clean the
unit and perform maintenance on it to keep it running smoothly.
The Manufacturer guarantees its products, except for parts subject to normal wear, in
accordance with the current regulations. For the warranty terms, please contact the importer
or the authorised agent who can integrate the compulsory warranty period with an additional
period under his sole and exclusive responsibility. The product warranty is invalidated for any
trouble, breakage or accident due to failure to comply with or apply the instructions provided
in this manual.

GENERAL INFORMATION

2.1 RECIPIENTS

This manual is intended for the user of the heating/hot water system and is an integral
part of the product. The unit is a heat generator exclusively fired by wood pellets in automatic
mode, designed to heat the water for heating/DHW at a temperature lower than boiling
point. It must be installed indoors and connected to a heating system sized according to its
performance and heating capacity.

2.2 SUPPLY AND STORAGE

The manual is supplied in paper format.
Make sure it always stays with the unit, even if sold, transferred to another owner or installed
in another place, so that it can be consulted at any time.
If lost or damaged, contact your authorised Service Centre for another copy.

The purpose of this manual is to provide essential and basic information on proper installation,
maintenance and use of the product. Strict observance of the contents ensures a high degree
