Troubleshooting

Causes
The power cord is disconnected or damaged. Connect the power cord or if it is necessary,

er pack clockwise to disengage.

ly installed.

guide bar are correctly installed. Make sure
that the diamond chain and the guide bar are
not damaged.
Replace the diamond chain.
Speak to an approved service agent.
Cut into soft material, such as sandstone or
brick.
Apply more pressure to the product during
operation.
Increase the water pressure.
Adjust the diamond chain tension.
Use correct working techniques. Refer to
