Problem with blade adjustment
The blade adjustment is hydraulic. The adjustment is carried out with the knobs on top of each joystick. The hydraulic
cylinders are like rings round each rotor shaft inside the rubber bellows. There is one hose from the hydraulic block
under the seat to each rotor. The hydraulic pressure comes from the same pump that drives the joysticks.
Does the other blade adjustment
or the joystick steering work ?
Locate the hose from the cylinder
to the block under the seat. Loosen
the connection two turns and test
again. Is there oil pressure?
The failure is in the valve or it does
not receive any signal. The valves
(4 pcs) and their electrical connec-
tions are located on the back side
of the hydraulic block. The top valve
on each side increases the blade
angle, the lower valve decreases
the angles. Feel if the magnet works
when pressing the knob. Or loosen
the connection and measure the
voltage with a voltage meter (12V).
Electrical failure. Follow the
cables until defect is detected.
