instructions carefully before
working on your appliance. Retain the in-
structions for use for future reference or for
subsequent possessors.
Note
If the necessary borings in the ram protec-
tion of the machine that are intended to
mount the holders for the additional weights
are not present, they must be drilled as per
the following instructions! The drawings
show the uninstalled ram protection - a re-
moval is not required, however. Side indica-
tions (left/right) are in the direction of travel.

Description
This upgrade kit is needed to fit the BR/BD
90/140 with additional weights to improve
the traction.
Assembly
Front holder:
Drill holes as per measurement guide.
Diameter of the borings: 8.5 mm / 9 mm.
Position see drawing.
The holders can be used as a drill tem-
plate.
Installation of the front holder:
A: Locking plate
B: weight
C: Support
Screw the holder onto the ram protec-
tion
Place the weights into the holder
Screw the weights and the locking plate
to the holder
Completely installed upgrade kit

– Assembly must be carried out by a qual-
ified specialist.
Installing the right weights:
Place the weights onto the screw
Screw the weights to the holder from the
bottom
Installing the left weights:
A: weight
B: Support
Place the holder on top of the ram pro-
tection and screw it in
Place the weights on top of the holder
and screw them in from below
