The following steps must be carried out in the application wizard:
1. Select application
Select the application "Screen control" from the options offered.
2. Assign measuring loop name
Assign a unique designation to the measuring point so that there
can be no confusion with other measuring points.
3. Select sensor input measuring point 1 (only for devices
with HART)
Define how the measured value is to be transmitted (4 ... 20 mA
or HART). When selecting HART, the desired sensor must be
selected.
4. Define sensor characterist values measuring point 1
At 4 ... 20 mA, select the connected sensor type, the measuring
unit and the measuring range of the connected sensor. For HART
selection, the desired sensor value and the unit must be defined.
5. Select sensor input measuring point 2 (only for devices
with HART)
Define how the measured value is to be transmitted (4 ... 20 mA
or HART). When selecting HART, the desired sensor must be
selected.
6. Define sensor characterist values measuring point 2
At 4 ... 20 mA, select the connected sensor type, the measuring
unit and the measuring range of the connected sensor. For HART
selection, the desired sensor value and the unit must be defined.
7. Define adjustment values measuring point 1
Enter the adjustment values of the measuring point for 0 % and
for 100 %.
8. Define adjustment values measuring point 2
Enter the adjustment values of the measuring point for 0 % and
for 100 %.
9. Define scaling measuring point 3
Enter the desired measured value, measuring unit and display
format and the appropriate scaling values for 0 % and 100 %.
10. Configure relay switching points
In the last step, enter the relay switching points at which the
pumps are to be switched.
10.4 Durchflussmessung Gerinne/Wehr
Abwasser und Regenwasser werden häufig in offenen Sam-
melkanälen zur Kläranlage transportiert. Der Durchfluss wird an
verschiedenen Stellen in den Sammelkanälen gemessen. Zur
Durchflussmessung in offenen Gewässern muss eine Einschnürung
bzw. ein genormtes Gerinne verwendet werden. Diese Einschnürung
