2.10 FIXING THE EXTERNAL OVEN (OPTIONAL)
For STP SF it is possible to connect to the device
an external oven to be placed upon the thermal
cooker. The oven must be fixed on the rear wall.
It is necessary that the wall is able to sustain the
weight of the oven and that it is made in not heat
sensible materials. It must be respected the same
safety distance of the thermal cooker.
Before fixing the oven it is necessary to remove the
internal part of the oven as indicated in pictures 42
and 43, in order to be able to fix it correctly.
To fix the oven, insert the apposite connecting
pipe and place the oven downwards so that it is
perfectly aligned with the superior flue outlet of

the thermal cooker. Then, fix the oven on the wall
so that it is perfectly horizontal and the connect-
ing pipe is perfectly inserted. The correct insertion
must guarantee the holding of the fume conduct
and the correct inside the fume circuit of the oven.
The fixing on the wall must be done with 5 screws:
3 on the upper edge and 2 inside the oven, see
picture 10. The screws must be able to sustain the
weight of the oven and must be fixed to inserts or
dowels able to resist high temperatures.
When necessary, you will be able to remove the
pipes and access to the internal part of the oven
without removing the oven from the wall.
