Congratulations on your new product
You have purchased a system comprising wireless
accessories in the CTC SmartControl series and we hope
you will be very happy with it.
The system is based around CTC SmartControl Gateway,
a base unit that can control up to seven optional CTC
SmartControl accessories.
CTC SmartControl consists of wireless sensors and
control units that control signals for temperature, humidity
and carbon dioxide level, ensuring optimisation of
heating, hot water and ventilation.
Demand-controlled ventilation uses CO
automatically reduce extraction of indoor air when
nobody is home, and to ensure that ventilation is
constantly optimised for good air quality when it is really
needed. According to BBR, the building regulations
issued by Boverket (National Board of Housing, Building
and Planning), it is permissible to reduce ventilation by
up to 40% when nobody is home. Humidity sensors
automatically increase ventilation when showering or
washing because of the signiicant increase in humidity.
On the following pages we describe the functions of the
different units and how to install them and connect them
to the system via the heat pump display.
