To avoid damage
Do not overfill the jar. Do not expose the jar to extreme temperature variations.
Leave hot food cool down sufficiently (lukewarm), before filling the jar. To avoid
overheating, do not operate the motor continuously for more than 2 minutes. Allow
the motor to rest for at least 1 minute before continuing. If the blades get stuck or agi-
tate noticeably slow, stop operation immediately (rotary switch to "0") and unplug.
Then add some liquid, remove any obstacles, and/or take out some food. Do not
run the appliance with the jar empty or with the contents completely dry (e.g. nuts

3. Close the jar with the lid and press the lid gently down for engaging the handle
of the lid at the handle of the jar with a click. Insert the measuring cup upside
down into the central opening of the lid.
4. Turn the rotary switch to "0". Ensure that the jar is completely leak-free with
the exterior dry and clean. Place the jar onto the motor base. The jar must stand
