Connection of an analogue sensor with intrinsic supply

When the analogue input module with 2 current inputs
(AC2616) is delivered a resistor is placed between the terminals
I+ and C2 and a link between the terminals I- and COM2 so that
no error message is indicated by the module when it is operated
with only one sensor being connected.

A sensor with intrinsic supply is con-
nected via the terminals C1/2
(AC2616) or V1/2 (AC2617) and
COM1/2.
* The terminals I+/I- are not required
The 50Hz filter applies
to the whole of Europe
The projection has an effect on the con-
version time in the AS-i slave, the trans-
mission via the AS-Interface, the LED
function and on the periphery fault mes-
sages. The LED indication and periphery
fault messages are no longer affected by
this channel.
By disabling channel 2 the conversion time
in the slave can be reduced considerably.
