Tipp:
Bei Verwendung einer multiprotokollfähigen Di-
gitalzentrale empfehlen wir den Betrieb mit dem
Protokoll DCC und einer digitalen Ausgangsspan-
nung von 17 – 20 V. So lassen sich die optimalen
Betriebseigenschaften erzielen.
3.5 Funktionstastenbelegung
Die Zusatzfunktionen sind den Funktionstasten
gemäß der Auflistung in Kapitel 3.3 sowie der fol-
genden Auflistung zugeordnet.
Tipp:
Bei einigen Funktionen, die nur kurz aufgerufen
werden, z. B. Pfeife, empfehlen wir die Verwen-
dung der Momenttasten, sofern die Zentrale dies
unterstützt.
Beleuchtung: F0
Zugschlussleuchten bereits installiert
2 Anschlüsse für fahrtrichtungsabhängige Beleuch-
tung sind am rückwärtigen Ende des Fahrzeugs
vorgesehen. Es handelt sich um 2 zweipolige Buch-
sen zur Aufnahme der Zugschlussbeleuchtung,
Zugschlusstafeln oder Blindstopfen.
Achten Sie beim Einsetzen der modernen Zug-
schlussbeleuchtung auf passgenauen Sitz des
Stegs in der Sicke der Stirnwandklappe. Das ga-
rantiert eine ordnungsgemäße Funktion je nach
Fahrtrichtung und einen sicheren Halt am Nieder-
bordwagen. Sofern eine Beleuchtung angeschlos-
sen ist, lässt sich diese ein- oder ausschalten bzw.
fahrtrichtungsabhängig rot oder weiß schalten.
Soundmodul: F1
Das integrierte Soundmodul enthält verschiedene
betriebsabhängige Geräusche. Im Stillstand spielt
es beim Betätigen von F1 Start- bzw. Auslaufgeräu-
sche des Dieselmotors. Während der Fahrt gibt es
geschwindigkeitsabhängige Fahrgeräusche wieder.
Pfeife: F2
Pfeife ist immer aktivierbar, auch wenn F1 (Sound-
modul) aus ist.
Tipp: Betätigen Sie vor dem Anfahren vorbildgerecht
einmal die Pfeife.

Hint:
When using a multiprotocol digital command sta-
tion we recommend operating this model with
DCC at a digital output voltage ranging between
17 – 20 V. Thus you will achieve optimal operat-
ing properties.
3.5 Allocation of function buttons
The auxiliary functions are mapped to the following
function buttons according to chapter 3.3 as well as
the following listing.
Hint:
For certain functions, which are only activated
for short times, e. g. horn, we recommend setting
the corresponding function buttons to momentary
action, as far as the command station supports
this feature.
Lighting: F0
Train rear lanterns, already mounted
2 sockets for connecting directional train rear lan-
terns are installed at one end of the vehicle. Here
you may plug in the train rear lanterns, tail end
indicators or the dummy plugs.
Make sure the modern train rear lanterns are per-
fectly aligned with the crimp in the end wall flap
of the waggon. This assures reliable functionality
subject to the direction of travel as well as positive
mechanical attachment to the waggon. Lighting de-
vices connected to these sockets may be switched
on or off respectively will change from white to red
according to the direction of travel.
Sound module: F1
Several operational sounds are stored in the inte-
gral sound module. When pressing F1 while the
train is stationary one hears the starting sounds of
the diesel engine. During movement the running
sounds are subject to the speed of travelling.
Horn: F2
Horn can be activated also when F1 (sound mod-
ule) is inactive.
Hint: Prior to moving you should activate prototypi-
cally the horn once.
