Your fryer is equipped with an automatic cooking system.
You can cook in automatic mode in 2 different ways:

. 1 immersion: the basket rises and falls once automatically when
cooking ingredients.
. Double dip function: the basket rises and falls twice automatically
when cooking ingredients.
This function gives you the best results when cooking fresh fries (see
"Cooking Chart").
It is possible to use the fryer in manual mode: the user controls the rise
and fall of the basket.
