phosphate batteries with a rated voltage of 12 V or
24 V.

Possible cause:
Maximum charging time in charging phase 0 exceeded.
Remedy:
1. Check charging parameters and correct if necessary.
2. Check battery.

phosphate batteries with a rated voltage of 12 V or

"Fault no.: 220"
Possible cause:
Maximum charging time in charging phase 1 (constant
current) exceeded.
Remedy:
1. Check charging parameters and correct if necessary.
2. Check battery.
3. Charge only lead-acid batteries and lithium iron
phosphate batteries with a rated voltage of 12 V or
24 V.

Possible cause:
Maximum charging time in charging phase 1 (constant

Remedy:

Possible cause:
General fault during charging.
Remedy:
1. Disconnect BAT 645 from power and restart
charging attempt with correct parameters.
2. Replace power module.

"Fault no.: 300"
Possible cause:
Voltage above maximum value.
Remedy:
1. Check battery voltage. (12 V or 24 V).
2. Replace battery if battery voltage differs.

regulations.
3. Check the voltage at the measuring points U
and GNDA on the power module using the correct
battery voltage from a battery with 12 V (see sec.
5.6).
The voltage must be 0.85 V +/- 0.007 V.
4. Check the voltage at the measuring points U
and GNDA on the power module using the correct
battery voltage from a battery with 24 V (see sec.
5.6).
The voltage must be 1.7 V +/- 0.007 V.

"Fault no.: 310"
Possible cause:
Voltage below minimum value.
Remedy:
1. Check battery voltage. (12 V or 24 V).
2. Replace battery if battery voltage differs.
