7.1. Battery Indicator

The PeakTech 9020 features a percent representation of the battery level with a non-full battery,
which displayes the exact status of the battery:

Example:
If the battery is almost empty, a warning message appears that the capacity of the battery is only
sufficient for about 30 minutes. Charge the battery in time to allow further work.
When the charger is connected, the following icon is displayed next to the battery indicator:

7.2. Charging the battery

The lithium ion battery requires an AC/DC adapter with an output of 14V/3A or 12VDC/3A car adapter.
The charging time depends on the discharge of the battery, but it should not take more than 5 hours.
Normally the battery should be fully recharged after about 2 - 3 hours. During the charging process,
the "BATT" LED lights up.
Connect the adapter to the meter as shown in the picture:
