o Thoroughly dry the unit and accessories.
o Never use abrasive cleaning substances such as scouring powder, substances
containing alcohol, or solvents, as they may damage the device's surface.
o After cleaning, dry and polish the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
If the unit is not going to be used for a longer period of time:
o remove the plug from its socket;
o remove all food products from the unit;
o wash the unit as described above and dry thoroughly;
o leave the doors and display cover open for the unit to dry thoroughly.

Cleaning the compressor

o To ensure the unit's long-term functioning, clean the compressor regularly.
NOTE!
A dirty compressor has a negative effect on the unit's functioning and increases
energy use!
o Remove the unit's plug from its socket before clean-
ing.
o Loosen the screws on the grid at the front of the unit
and remove the grid.
o The compressor is now accessible.
o Use a brush or vacuum to remove dust from the
compressor's surface.
o After cleaning, replace the grid on the unit.
ATTENTION! Danger of burns!
When in use, the compressor's surface can get very hot. Toa void burns, do not
touch the compressor's surface with bare hands.
