Each product should be properly covered or packed. Always store raw or ready-
made food products separately.
Close the door after taking out required food products.
To reduce energy loss during the cooling process, open the door for as short a
time as possible and as rarely as possible.
Do not overfill the mini cold room. Enable free circulation of air inside the device
and keep food products at appropriate distance from each other. If stored too
closely together, they will not cool as effectively.
If the device is to remain unused for a period of time, turn the device off using the
ON/OFF switch

After an interruption in the power supply or after removing the plug from its socket,

6. Cleaning

CAUTION!
Disconnect the unit from the power supply (unplug!) before cleaning.
The unit is not designed to be rinsed with running water and you should
not use the pressured water to clean it!
Be careful and do not let the water into the unit.
o Clean the mini cold room regularly.
o Remove all food products from the mini cold room and store them in the refrigerator
during the cleaning to keep them fresh.
o Clean the interior of the device and shelves and grills regularly using warm water
and a disinfectant appropriate for food service applications. Use only soft cloth. Rinse
with clean water to remove any leftover cleaning products, then dry the cleaned
surfaces thoroughly.
o Clean the exterior of the device using a wet cloth and mild cleaning agent, clean with
a cloth with clean water and finally dry the device's surfaces thoroughly.
o Never use aggressive or coarse cleaning agents such as scouring powder, alcohol,
solvents or other substances that could damage the device's surfaces.
o To ensure an optimum heat exchange, ventilation holes should be free of dirt
and dust. To remove such dirt use the vacuum cleaner or a soft brush.
