For each wok pan you will require:
♦ ¼ slice of diced ham
♦ 10 g cheese
♦ 1 ½ ladles of omelette mixture
♦ salt, pepper and 1 knob of butter
1) Heat up the butter in the wok pan 6.
2) Now add the ham and the cheese and fry
everything for a while.
3) Now add 1 ½ ladles of omelette mixture and
season to taste with salt and pepper.
4) Mix everything up with a plastic spatula 4.
Allow it to become as fi rm as you wish and then
serve. The cooking time amounts to approx.
8 minutes.
