INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS (Drawings – p. 37)
STEP 1. Attach the front and rear stabilizer (40), (63) onto the main frame
(67) with the bolts (39), washers (41) and nuts (27).
STEP 2.
1. Connect the cable (13) and (65);
2. Connect the cable (15) with the cable (64).
3. Attach the handle post (14) onto the main frame (67) with the bolts (66)
and washers (41).
STEP 3.
1. Attach the left and right part of the handles (31L/R) onto the handle posts
(14) with the bolts (21), washers (8) and washers (23).
2. Attach the common bar of the pedals (58) onto the main frame (67) with
the crank bolts (55L/R), wave washer (56), and then with the nuts (60L/R)
and washers (59).
Moving the device
Raise the trainer carefully onto its transport wheels (Picture – p. 41) and move to a given place, holding it on both sides.
Resistance adjustment
The Resistance adjustment function allows to change resistance on the
pedals. High resistance requires larger effort while pedalling, whereas the
low one decreases the effort. Force of resistance is regulated by a knob
placed on the handlebar post. In order to decrease resistance, adjustment

3. Apply the end caps (20), (54) and (61) in proper places.
STEP 4. Attach the pedals (51L/R) onto the base (46) with the bolts (25),
washers (35) and nuts (36).
STEP 5. Attach the handles (17L/R) onto the middle part of the handles
(31L/R) with the bolts (25), washers (26) and nuts (27).
STEP 6.
1. Attach the middle handle (2) onto the post (14) with the bolts (5) and
washers (8).
2. Finish the middle handle (2) with the end cap (4).
STEP 7.
1. Connect the meter (42) to the post (14) with the bolts (22).
2. Insert the wire (10) into the hole located in the meter (42).
knob should be turned towards the "1" number whereas so as to increase
resistance, the knob should be turned towards the "8" number.
In order to achieve a satisfying effect, resistance level should be set during
a training.
