hineinschrauben.
Druckluftanschluss B kurz mit Druckluft
ƒ
beaufschlagen, so dass der Schaltteller
verriegelt wird, danach Anschluss A mit
Druckluft beaufschlagen.
Stoßdämpfer soweit hineinschrauben, bis
ƒ
er auf Block steht. Dann den Stoßdämpfer
wieder eine Umdrehung herausschrauben
und mittels der Mutter kontern.
Zur Wiederinbetriebnahme zuerst An-
ƒ
schluss A mit Druckluft beaufschlagen und
dann auf Anschluss B umschalten.
Falls sich der Schaltteller nach dem Um-
ƒ
bau und Wiederinbetriebnahme nicht
bewegt, Anschluss B mit Druckluft beauf-
schlagen und danach den Schaltteller im
oder gegen den Uhrzeigersinn drehen, bis
der Indexbolzen hörbar einrastet.

Remove the bronze bolts (item 29) from

the plate (iteM40) and place them into the
other hole on this plate that fits.
Mount the plate (iteM40) backwards onto
ƒ
the side where the plate was mounted (pos.
38). Mount the plate (item 38) backwards
on the side where the plate (iteM40) was
mounted. During assembly, make sure that
each of the o-rings (item 2) is located in the
right cutout.
Screw shock absorbers into the suitable
ƒ
hole on the plate (iteM40) with just a few
turns.
Apply compressed air briefly to com-
ƒ
pressed air connection B so that the inde-
xing plate is locked, then apply compressed
air to connection A.
Screw the shock absorber in until it is
ƒ
against the block. Then unscrew the shock
absorber one turn and lock it with a nut.
To start it up again, first apply compressed
ƒ
air to connection A and the switch to con-
nection B.
If the indexing plate does not move after
ƒ
being converted and started up again, apply
compressed air to connection B and then
turn the indexing plate clockwise or coun-
terclockwise until the index bolt audibly
clicks into place.
