3.2 Funktionsweise der RSE-K-3-...
Im Inneren der Rundschalteinheit befinden
sich zwei Kolbenstangen sowie ein Antriebszy-
linder (Zahnstange).
Die Kolbenstangen haben folgende Aufgabe:
•
Schaltteller verriegeln/entriegeln.
•
Koppeln/Entkoppeln des Schalttellers mit
dem Antriebszylinder (Zahnstange).
Sowohl die Kolbenstangen als auch der An-
triebszylinder werden über die Anschlüsse A
und B mit Druckluft versorgt.
Die Kolbenstangen werden über den Anschluss
A mit Druckluft beaufschlagt. Dies führt dazu,
dass der Schaltteller über ein Zahnsegment
und Zahnrad mit dem Antriebszylinder (Zahn-
stange) gekoppelt wird. Gleichzeitig wird die
Zahnstange nun ausgefahren und greift hierbei

in das Zahnrad ein. Die lineare Bewegung der
Zahnstange wird in eine rotatorische Bewe-

gung des Zahnrads und damit des Schalttel-
lers umgesetzt. Sobald die Zahnstange ihre

Endlage erreicht hat, wird der Anschluss B
mit Druckluft beaufschlagt und Anschluss A

entlüftet. Der Schaltteller wird dabei verrie-
gelt. Gleichzeitig wird die Verbindung zwischen

Schaltteller und Antriebszylinder (Zahnstange)
gelöst.

Der Antriebszylinder fährt wieder ein (Aus-

gangsstellung).
Ein Kolbenhub entspricht dabei einer Bewe-

gung des Schalttellers von einer Teilung zur
nächsten Teilung.

3.2 RSE-K-3-... Functioning
There are two piston rods and a drive cylinder
(toothed rack) inside the rotary unit.
The piston rods have the following job:
•
Lock/unlock the indexing plate.
•
Couple/decouple the indexing plate using
the drive cylinder (toothed rack).
Both the piston rods as well as the drive cylin-
ders are supplied compressed air via connec-
tions A and B.
The piston rods are applied compressed air
via connection A. This leads to the fact that the
indexing plate is coupled to the drive cylinder
(toothed rack) via a toothed segment and a
toothed gear. The toothed rack is now with-
drawn at the same time whereby it engages
with the toothed gear. The linear movement
of the toothed rack is translated into a rotary
movement of the toothed gear and therefore
of the indexing plate. As soon as the toothed
rack has reached its final position, connection
B is applied compressed air and connection A
is vented. The indexing plate is locked during
this. At the same time, the connection between
the indexing plate and the drive cylinder (too-
thed rack) is undone.
The drive cylinder is inserted again (initial
position).
One piston stroke is equal to one indexing
plate movement from one partition to the next
partition.
