OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Open the battery compartment cover located in the bottom section.

2. Connect one 6LR61 type alkaline battery to the connector. Make sure that the polarity is observed and do not

short-circuit the terminals.

3. Insert the battery in the battery compartment and replace the cover firmly.

SELECTION OF WEIGHT UNITS

Push the button on the bottom side of the appliance to change weight units g (ml) or oz (fl. oz).

WEIGHING

1. Place the unit on a stable, horizontal surface.

2. Push the On/Tare/Off/D- (5) button to switch on the unit.

3. If you need to reset the display, press this button (5) once again (Figure 1).

4. Place the food or container with food you wish to weigh on the surface (1). Place the objects on the weighing surface

evenly; do not place anything on the edges. The result could be inaccurate, and there is a risk of falling.

5. The weighed food can be added or removed during weighing without any difficulty.

6. If you are making up full weight, or need to eliminate the weight of the vessel used (the tare function), push the On/

Tare/Off/D- (5) button to reset the displayed value.
